I spent a few days on King Island which is situated on the NW tip of Tasmania, it's famous for the quality of it's beef and cheese, apparently the cattle go down to the beach and graze on the washed up seaweed, which is abundant and is the secret to their success......I just love the contrast of the whispy grass against the black of the bovine beasts hide.....
